Wow, so retro but I actually liked it! I appreciated the more measured pace and was still able to add on extra reps. I subbed side swings for the front since you have said you're not doing the latter anymore. You look about 18 here - but I noticed you were still saying the same things then (e.g., "your body shapes the way that you move it"). 😁

@@28DayNewYou I can't quite do gunslingers with my one KB, let alone two...
Well, I didn't complete the cardio finisher that started at 17:35 (I subbed a number of core moves), but I enjoyed the strength portion of this workout, especially the non-traditional swing variations. I do find that I need more rest than you, so I skipped some of the push-up series or did my 4 push-ups off a chair instead.
Hadn't done this previously because it's so short, but great as an add-on!
For the side to side swings, as as we go higher, should we be bending the back arm?
